Soweto Outdoor Adventures is passionate about Soweto and about bringing adventure activities, not traditionally expected in a once-township, to this thriving community.

 

We work closely with the local community in all our activities and ensure that the benefits from outside investment flow freely into the community which supports us. In this way we have built sustainable relationships and have a number of programmes aimed at giving back to the community.

 

We mentor a number of small entrepreneurs in the community to help them grow their ideas into successful business that will support the area, and create jobs.

 

We have also taken trips, most recently to Durban, on our quad bikes with a group of children to show them the rest of South Africa and help broaden their horizons
